Orbitz Insider Index Divulges Secrets on Fall's Top Shoulder Season Hotspots

International hotspots Dublin and Bermuda top the list, offering consumers the highest year-over-year percentage savings, with 44% and 38% respectively. But, savvy spenders should set their sights on a fall excursion to Las Vegas, San Juan, and once again, Dublin, all of which offer average hotel rates under $100 per night.
