Compass Group Introduces New Zipthru Connect Mobile Concierge
CLARK, N.J., Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ — Compass Group, one of the world’s leading foodservice management companies, and Gold Mobile, a leading provider of next-gen mobile Customer Relationship Management solutions, have partnered to develop a customized mobile messaging service known as Zipthru Connect, a mobile and online concierge service for Compass Group customers.

This innovative program is designed to provide customers with an enhanced level of dining services delivered via cell phone and email. Customers “opt-in” to receive messages by signing up via a customized Zipthru Connect website or by texting in a keyword; indicating their preference for email or text delivery. Zipthru Connect provides both convenience and value to customers and enables Compass Group to deliver highly targeted consumer marketing for promotions, incentives and alerts.
Zipthru Connect offers a long list of convenient mobile services including daily menus, mobile discounts on food, send-to-friend coupons and optional surveys that enable customers to provide preference information and real-time feedback. Additionally, Zipthru Connect can also deliver valuable coupons and special offers to customers that have opted in. By offering incentives, Compass drives participation with coupons and special offers to increase the number of customers and frequency of visits to the cafes.
