Altron and Provident Analysis Corporation Complete Merger

ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Altron, Inc. and Provident Analysis Corporation today announced that the companies have completed their merger transaction, under which the companies will be combined as Altron, Inc. (Altron). The merged company with recognized logistics management, business process reengineering, secured administrative support, customized Information Technology (IT), and Software/Systems Engineering services, is now postured to broaden its reach in the government services industry.
