Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc. Names New CEO

SAN MARCOS, Texas, Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ — William (Bill) Zinkgraf has been named as the new CEO of Sigma Breakthrough Technologies, Inc. (SBTI), a global management consulting firm. Bill Zinkgraf will be replacing Stephen A. Zinkgraf, who will remain active in the business as Chairman of the Board.

Bill Zinkgraf has over eleven years of process improvement, industry and management experience and has served SBTI for seven years as the Director of Client Services and MBB Fellow. Prior to joining SBTI, Bill was a distinguished member of the US Army Reserves with fourteen months of active duty in Iraq. Based on Bill’s performance as a First Lieutenant in the field, he was awarded the Bronze Star and the prestigious Grizzly Award.

Adam Weber is named Chief Financial Officer

Adam Weber has over twelve years of financial management experience and has served SBTI for three and a half years as Contract Administrator, Plan Administrator, Financial Planner and Financial Manager. “In the past year, Adam has performed a phenomenal job of acting in the best financial interest of SBTI,” said Bill Zinkgraf. “Adam will be responsible for implementing and enforcing greater financial discipline throughout SBTI’s organization to ensure a financially healthy SBTI and future profits.”

Jesse Ferguson is named Chief Operating Officer

Jesse Ferguson has over twenty years of sales and management experience and has served SBTI for nine and a half years as Director of Internal Operations. Jesse knows what it takes to make an SBTI event a successful one for all parties involved. “The decision to expand Jesse’s responsibilities into all operational aspects of SBTI was an easy one,” said Bill Zinkgraf. “Jesse will be responsible for ensuring that operations throughout SBTI will be flawlessly executed with the customer’s best interest in mind.”
