OnForce Strengthens Management Team with Field Service Operations Veteran

BOSTON, Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- OnForce, the trusted online services marketplace that matches solution providers with quality, local service technicians across the U.S. and Canada, announced that the company has added George Harris to the executive team as Vice President of Business Development.

With over 40 years of experience in managing field service operations, Harris brings a wealth of knowledge to OnForce. Most recently, Harris was Executive Vice President of Business Development for Core Technology Solutions. Prior to this role, he was an owner of GA Services; Vice President, Worldwide Customer Support for Symbol Technologies; and Vice President of Field Service for MSI Data. In his career, Harris also served two terms as the Chairman and President of the Association of Service Management International (AFSMI).

In his role, George will be responsible for developing and growing opportunities for the OnForce marketplace with large national solution providers and partners. He will be based on the West Coast.

Throughout his career, Harris has also received the AFSMI Professional Service Managers award and currently works on behalf of the AFSMI as the Chairperson of the Presidents Club. Harris earned his BSBA degree from Syracuse University and still remains active with the University's alumni clubs. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy.
