TAMPA, Fla., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ — AVI-SPL, a leading provider of video and audio communications solutions, today announced the launch of Customer Care PLUS+, a maintenance and support program designed to support all of the major manufacturers of video communications equipment under one comprehensive plan.

The Customer Care PLUS+ program provides customers with AVI-SPL’s exclusive in-house services and resources to optimize and protect their investment in video communications equipment. With three levels of service available; Preferred, Preferred On-site and Exclusive, Customer Care PLUS+ provides service levels and pricing for any size organization.
