Effective October 5, 2009, Carousel will enter the market with two Managed Services Offers. Our Standard Managed Services Offer will provide monitoring, notification, dashboards and reporting features. Carousel’s Enhanced Managed Services Offer will include the features of the Standard Service as well as remediation and additional support services. This signifies Carousel’s entrance into the Managed Services space and will give us the ability to provide additional value to our clients.
