BOULDER, Colo., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire/ — Circadence Corporation, the global leader in the development of innovative enterprise performance technologies, announced today that John Kelley has joined their board of directors. Mr. Kelley, former CEO and Chairman of MacData Corporation, is the current CEO and Chairman of Cerescan Imaging, Inc., a Denver-based brain scanning company focusing in on brain disorders and traumatic injuries.

“With his impressive record at MacData, Mr. Kelley brings strong business experience and an added dimension to our Board. Mr. Kelley has a unique technical perspective that spans the spectrum from networking technology to telecom to medical imaging. I feel confident that Mr. Kelley’s position on our board will provide us with valuable insight into product and technology development as we delve further into commercial markets,” said Circadence President and CEO Michael J. As CEO of MacData Corporation, Mr. Kelley re-built the management team, introduced multiple products simultaneously on a global basis, acquired and integrated both private and public companies, modernized the company’s aging business processes and systems to meet compliance requirements and prepare for growth, and ultimately grew the company from a $200 million to $630 million annual revenue stream during one of the most tumultuous times for the technology industry. In February of 2007, Brocade Corporation acquired MacData in a stock transaction valued at just under one billion dollars.

“I am extremely pleased to join Circadence’s Board during this exciting time,” said Mr. Kelley. “Circadence has built a strong business based on years of experience in the enterprise optimization industry. Now, with products that optimize the performance, management and health of an entire network, I look forward to working with the team as they continue to grow commercially.”
