NP Photonics Names New Vice President of Marketing and Sales

TUCSON, Ariz., Jan 7 /PRNewswire/ — NP Photonics (Tucson, AZ), a leading innovator of advanced micro fiber products for sensing and scientific applications, has named Terry Hannon as Vice President of Marketing and Sales.

Terry most recently served as Executive Vice President of XSiL where he was responsible for Marketing, Sales and Corporate Strategy.

Previously Terry was Vice President and General Manager of the Solid-State-Laser Business Unit at Coherent Inc. where he delivered consistent revenue and profit growth as well as strategic product development. Terry received his Honors Degree in Physics and his Masters Degree in Optoelectronics from Queen’s University, Belfast. He is also a graduate of the MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Terry brings to NP Photonics a proven record of creating business growth through strategic insight coupled with excellence in execution. He has deep market and product knowledge with more than 20 years experience in the Photonics industry having led successful marketing and sales teams serving global markets in a variety of industries.
