Xlent Technology Signs Agreement with Leading Reseller PC Mall, Inc. to Market SG-1000 IP-Based Video Conferencing System

POMONA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 18, 2003--Xlent Technology, a leading provider of multimedia communications products announced today that the company has entered into an agreement with PC Mall to distribute its new SG-1000 IP-based conference system. PC Mall, a leading rapid response supplier of technology solutions for business, government and educational institutions as well as consumers, is the first reseller to market Xlent's SG-1000 Video Conferencing System.

The SG-1000 is a low-cost IP-based, high-quality video conferencing solution for small to medium group settings. With built-in, Web-browsing capabilities, the SG-1000 allows users to easily plug into a network and make video and voice calls over a WAN, LAN, VPN, Internet, broadband or other IP-based connection.

The SG-1000 incorporates the advanced capabilities of the MPEG4 video standard, allowing users to view higher picture quality and high frame rates at lower bandwidths.
