Rooms are located at York Telecom’s metro-New York and metro Washington DC area offices, as well as throughout a network of similarly equipped venues worldwide. Rooms are available 24-hours a day, 7 days a week including holidays.
York is providing aggressively priced hourly rates and daily rates for fully equipped rooms with the latest peripherals. The basic cost also includes complete on-site technical support similar to that offered through York Telecom’s Total Managed Video Service, which offers a complete end-to-end package of visual communication services to York Telecom’s Federal Government and Fortune 1000 clients. Additional collaborate technologies, such as document cameras, scan converters and electronic white boards, are available at minimal additional costs.
