Showcasing the Best in Imaging in Conjunction with the World Expo
Digital Imaging Exhibition will be held during the Shanghai World Expo on
1-4, 2010
feature a “Showpiece Enterprise Gallery” for the photo and digital imaging
industry during the World Expo. According to the organizer, manufacturers have
expressed a strong desire to participate in the gathering in
impetus from the World Expo. The projected exhibition floor space will be up
to 20,000 sq meters, with confirmed participation from approximately 200
Chinese and international exhibitors, including Canon, Sony, Mitsubishi, Kodak,
HP, Epson, and other renowned photo and digital imaging enterprises.
Canon in particular is making an appearance at this exhibition with double
its 2009 floor space, showcasing the company’s 2010 products during the World
Expo, including its DSLR, camera lens, Powershot cameras, digital video
recorders, photoprinters and other latest photo and digital imaging products.
Canon will also jointly sponsor with the organizer lucky draws at many
exhibition events. Visitors will have the chance to win Canon products
provided by the company and World Expo tickets provided by the organizer.
The exhibition, which is scheduled to be held during the Expo 2010
the business opportunities brought about by the Expo 2010. A variety of
concurrent events will be held during the exhibition. Product demonstrations
and promotions will focus on providing visitors with outstanding service and
unmatched photography experiences. In line with the industry’s trends and hot
topics, as well as the theme of the Expo 2010, the organizers, in cooperation
with their partners and media outlets, will host a series of events on travel,
news, advertising, portrait and landscape photography, including Expo 2010
focused events, photography competitions, photo shows, technology workshops,
business forums and summits.
The exhibition will be open to the general public free of charge and will
adopt B2C and B2B models, offering exhibitors an exciting opportunity to
directly meet photography enthusiasts and end users, and to communicate and
gain an understanding about their needs and the appeal of new products and
services. At the same time, exhibitors will be able to interact with business
representatives during the tradeshow and take advantage of a wide range of new
business opportunities.
