Zenith Infotech Introduces Zenith University, a 24/7 Training Platform on the Full Zenith Line
WARRENDALE, Pa., March 29 /PRNewswire/ — Zenith Infotech Ltd. announces the launch of Zenith University, a web-based, interactive learning management system, which gives Zenith’s managed service provider partners access to training on the full portfolio of Zenith’s backup and disaster recovery (BDR) and remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions. This resource is available 24/7, featuring more than 40 online courses, with new sessions to be added on a regular basis. Zenith partners can sign-up for a free Zenith University account at ZenithU.com.
Subject matter ranges from the virtualization of failed servers, to mastering Zenith’s managed services infrastructure, to configuring portals, to general troubleshooting and more. This always-on curriculum includes best practices information, the latest product updates and enhancements, and product-specific certification classes. Detailed courses have been segmented into brief lessons, so the student can pinpoint exactly what he or she needs and learn that material quickly. Any employee of a Zenith partner can take advantage of the training program.
Zenith University is delivered through engaging, hands-on simulations that will increase the confidence and capabilities of its users. Business owners can track the progress of their technicians as they progress through the different modules, allowing those owners to suggest additional courses in any areas where their employees may still need help. The trainings consist of three levels of content:
- Basic, which is open to all enrollees based on an evaluation period
- Managed Services Infrastructure (MSI) content, which is available to all partners by requesting the enrollment key
- Business Continuity content (covering the BDR and ARCA solutions – the Advanced Recovery and Continuity Appliance), which becomes available after the partner enrolls in the new Zenith Certified Partner Reseller (CPR) program
