IRVINE, Calif., April 6 /PRNewswire/ — In a move to further expand operations in China, New Momentum, provider of SaaS-based anti-counterfeiting and gray market software, signed a strategic partnership agreement with Sunfaith, China’s leading consulting firm focused on intellectual property protection, market research and commercial inquiry services.

Pam Passaretti, New Momentum’s CEO, commented, “Due to the strong demand for our solution in China, the best way to meet customer needs is to partner with a company that has a strong presence in China and understands the complexities of the Chinese brand protection market. Sunfaith, China’s premier consulting firm, has a background in intellectual property protection and understands our business as well as our customers. As a result of this agreement, we expect our Chinese operations will play a significant role in our 2010 revenue growth.”
