Butler Tech Selects Campus Management to Enhance Services and Boost Adult Workforce Education

May 18, 2010

BOCA RATON, Fla., May 18 /PRNewswire/ — Campus Management Corp. announced today that Butler Tech, a leading career and technical school in Ohio, has selected CampusVue® Student and CampusVue Portal, higher education’s premier student information system and integrated Web portal solution. The software products can unite departments and information on a single platform to provide students, administrators, and faculty with easier access to services, information and reports.

Located in Hamilton, Ohio, Butler Tech recommended Campus Management to the county board of education after a competitive selection process involving the leading enterprise software providers to higher education. The organization serves 25,000 high school and postsecondary adult learners at 190 satellite sites serving ten school districts. “Campus Management’s CampusVue and Campus Portal provided the right balance of structure and flexibility to meet the organizational needs of our adult workforce education division,” said Calista Smith, supervisor of adult industry programs and process management.

The solution will address the school’s needs to manage records for full-time, career development students, part-time career enhancement students, and students in corporate customized training. “With the solution, we hope to eliminate many of the offline manual processes involved in managing our student records and transactions,” added Smith.

“Campus Management is pleased to be a part of Butler Tech’s continuing commitment to outstanding service to all the deserving students throughout the county,” said Timothy B. Loomer, president and chief executive officer of Campus Management. “We continue to see strong demand from career and technical schools seeking to provide better online self-service and flexible academic programs for traditional and nontraditional students.”
