Ultimate Software Hosts Sixth Annual Customer Advisory Board Meeting

WESTON, Fla., July 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Customers of Ultimate Software , a leading provider of Web-based payroll and workforce management solutions, announced today that its 2005 Customer Advisory Board met from July 20-22, 2005.
Ultimate Software established its advisory board in 1999 to hear customer feedback on the company's future product direction, understand customer business issues, and hear about the UltiPro customer experience firsthand. Companies on the Board include: Chiquita Corp., Federal Signal, Freedom Communications, JELD-WEN, The Lane Company, National Gypsum, Nintendo of America, Praxair, Ruth's Chris Steak House, The Container Store, Toshiba America Medical Systems, Trammell Crow Residential, and UST Inc. (U.S. Smokeless Tobacco and International Wines and Spirits).
Some of the topics discussed at the 2005 gathering were Ultimate Software's plans for future product releases, a new Web site for opening call tickets and requesting customer support information, upcoming enhancements to business intelligence reporting, and details on Intersourcing, Ultimate Software's hosted service model of UltiPro Workforce Management. During the sessions, Ultimate Software facilitators solicited input from board members through interactive presentations.
