FTR Associates Freight Transportation Conference Scheduled

FTR Associates, a transportation freight forecaster, has scheduled its 2005 conference, "America's Freight Transportation Through 2009," for Sept. 7 in Indianapolis. The conference will open with Bill Strauss, senior economist for the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, giving an economic outlook, followed by a U.S. Freight and Modal Share Analysis presented by Ed Graham, senior consultant of FTR Associates. Industry veterans from the trucking, intermodal and rail industries will then present five-year outlooks for their respective transportation segments.
