Rivet Software Appoints Roger Siboni to Board of Directors

DENVER, July 20 /PRNewswire/ — Rivet Software, the premier provider of standards-based business reporting and analytics for financial communications, announced today the appointment of Mr. Roger Siboni to the company’s board of directors.

Siboni is a recognized business leader with experience growing numerous technology startups into major public companies. He was CEO and then Chairman of the Board of Epiphany, a customer relationship management software company, from 1998 to 2005. Prior to joining Epiphany, he spent more than twenty years at KPMG LLP including serving as Deputy Chairman and COO. While there, his significant operating experience helped the billion-dollar company achieve triple-digit growth within its consulting and high-technology practices.

He is the past chairman and member of the advisory board of the Haas Graduate School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley. He was a certified public accountant in New York and California and holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of California at Berkeley.
