onOne Software Purchases Plug-in Products From Extensis; New Software Developer onOne Software Purchases Popular Line of Productivity Enhancement Products for Photoshop And QuarkXPress

Independent software developer, onOne Software, Inc. today announced the launch of their new company with the acquisition of several popular productivity enhancement products for Photoshop and QuarkXPress from Celartem, Inc. companies Extensis and LizardTech. Products included in this purchase are pxl SmartScale, PhotoFrame, Intellihance Pro, Mask Pro, PhotoTools, and QX-Tools Pro from Extensis and the Genuine Fractals product line from LizardTech. Extensis and LizardTech will continue to support these products until July 31, 2005, when onOne Software will take control of all aforementioned titles.
After purchasing these products from Celartem, Inc, onOne Software will immediately begin development of new features and improvements to several of these products. Each of the Photoshop plug-ins are already compatible with Adobe Photoshop CS2 as well as Mac OS X Tiger.
