Two Step Software Announces Latest Release of Corporate Focus

NEEDHAM, Mass., July 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Two Step Software, Inc., a leader in entity management, ownership administration and corporate compliance solutions, offers lawyers and CFOs easier data entry, stock certificate printing and ownership reporting with the latest release of its browser-based, entity life-cycle management system. Version 6.4 of Corporate Focus and Equity Focus includes a number of new features that continue to simplify comprehensive entity management and ownership reporting for users.

With respect to stock certificate printing, the new Corporate Focus release offers a more streamlined approach to choosing which stock records to print. Additionally, for those who print certificates directly to blank sheets of paper, two more colors have been added. Having a total of five colors to choose from now gives users more flexibility and choice for the latest plain paper stock certificates.
