Equipment, Inc. (“China Power Equipment” or “the Company”, OTC: CPQQ), the
manufacturer of a new generation of energy saving electric transformers and
transformer cores in the People’s Republic of China, today announced that it
will make a presentation to investors and security analysts during the Rodman
& Renshaw conference on September 14, 2010 in New York, NY.

The company will present its strategy, products, market outlook, and
financial results during the presentation. Mr. Yongxing (Henry) Song, Chairman
of the Board, President, and CEO, and Ms. Yarong ( Lillian) Feng, Director and
