Elcoteq Americas Names Miguel Andres As Business Development Director for Latin America

Elcoteq Network Corporation, global provider of electronics manufacturing services (EMS) for the Communications Technology Industry, announced Miguel Angel Perez Andres has been named business development director for Latin America. Based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Mr. Andres will be responsible for developing business relationships with current Elcoteq customers and potential new local and global customers.
Mr. Andres has an extensive background in the EMS and electronics industries, coming to Elcoteq from Celestica, where he was business office director for Brazil in charge of the telecom, consumer and IT business. Prior to Celestica, he headed quality management, then program management for EMS company SCI. Prior to that Mr. Andres spent ten years at IBM as a consultant engineer, including long term assignments in the United States and Japan. He has a Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering from FEI, Sao Paulo, Brazil, and a Masters degree in business administration from FGV, Campinas, Brazil.
