Noise Free Wireless Appoints Senior Financial Advisor

SANTA CLARA, Calif., Nov. 3, 2010 /PRNewswire/ — Noise Free Wireless (NoiseFree) announced today that it has recruited Richard (Dick) Murdock as its Senior Financial Advisor. Murdock has been instrumental in the recent addition of two large new customers to NoiseFree.

NoiseFree has grown rapidly during the past year and has reached a point of needing an experienced executive to evaluate investment offers and help negotiate customer contracts. “Dick is an astute financial mind,” said CEO, Don Seferovich. “He brings significant expertise in corporate finance, investor relations, corporate governance and compliance to NoiseFree. More important, he has a great deal of experience in negotiating long term contracts with large Fortune 100 customers.”

Dick Murdock started and managed his own consulting business after working with The Brenner Group (TBG), a Silicon Valley consulting firm specializing in interim CFO’s for early stage startups. Prior to TBG, he served as CFO for a variety of early stage technology startups. During his career, Murdock has worked with over 60 startups across a wide range of industries, including hardware, software, telecommunications, internet and medical. At the beginning of his career Murdock joined Arthur Anderson, where he obtained his CPA, and later went to Arcata Corporation where he served as VP and Corporate Controller. Murdock received his BA and MBA from Stanford University.
