Misha Nossik joins AFORE Solutions as Chief Technology Officer

Executive team strengthened with additional cloud computing and
virtualization expertise

OTTAWA, Nov. 17 /PRNewswire/ – AFORE Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of
cloud computing and Ethernet software solutions, announced the
appointment of Misha Nossik as Chief Technology Officer.  Mr. Nossik is
a successful serial entrepreneur, experienced development manager and
recognized virtualization technology leader. Bringing more than 20
years of successful technology leadership and a deep passion for cloud computing, Misha will drive product innovation and technical design for AFORE’s 
CloudLink(TM) cloud computing and virtualization portfolio.

Prior to AFORE,  Misha  served as EVP and Chief Strategy Officer of
SIMtone, a pioneering cloud computing company focused on desktop
virtualization.  Misha joined SIMtone through its acquisition of
Thintropy (a company he founded in 2004).  Prior to SIMtone, Mr. Nossik
spent two years with IDT Inc., following its acquisition of Solidum (a
company where he was CEO and co-founded in 1997). During his tenure at
IDT, Misha was the Chairman of the Network Processing Forum (NPF), the
industry special interests group, promoting the standardization and use
of Network Processors.  Misha’s experience also includes R&D and
product management positions with Skystone (acquired by Cisco),
Timestep (acquired by Newbridge/Alcatel), Gandalf Technologies, RAD
Data Communications and the Academy of Sciences in Moscow.
