WASHINGTON, Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- United Travel is the newest UATP merchant to utilize UATP's Settlement System (USS), a low-cost, weekly settlement system, to improve customer service and lower distribution costs for all UATP transactions. As a UATP Merchant, United will use USS specifically to track all service fees, net fares, and airfares charged on their clients' UATP account. Through UATP's Acquirer Network, United will receive detailed data that itemizes each element charged to a customer's UATP account.
"UATP allows United to lower distribution costs through low merchant service fees and continue our track record of excellent customer service," said David Simmons, president and Owner, United Travel. "By accepting UATP, United is able to deliver to the demands of our corporate client base and stay competitive in the corporate travel sector."
United Travel, a Northern California independent travel agency, has been under the same ownership for 25 years and serves both corporate and leisure clients. Visit uatp.com for more information.
