Lavender Blue Premium Wine Label Launches in California
LAKE COUNTY, Calif., Feb. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Cohesion-Tension Wines is pleased to announce that Lavender Blue has officially launched a line of premium wines from the California Wine Country region. Founded by Stephen C. Dilley, Lavender Blue wines include Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay of San Joaquin County, Petite Syrah and Sauvignon Blanc of Lake County and Sonoma County dessert wines.
Lavender Blue 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon was recently selected as Bronze medal winner in the $20.00-$24.99 category in the 2011 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition (SFCWC), the largest competition of American wines in the world.
As part of a program to more deeply engage wine lovers in the wine experience, Lavender Blue launched a social media campaign to ‘Adopt a Grape.’ This campaign provides Lavender Blue a way to gain attention in a creative way, and build a social media presence while also reflecting the nature of the business and brand. Wine lovers who adopt grapes receive regular, personal updates from their grapes throughout their journey from vine to wine at Lavender Blue.
