Speek Announces Developer Hackathon in San Francisco, CA

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 7, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Speek, an API-powered VOIP platform hosted in the cloud, today announced it will be running a one-day developer hackathon in San Francisco, CA at the Mashery headquarters on February 12, 2011. Developers are invited to participate in building interesting voice-enabled applications/prototypes leveraging the Speek Voice API. Multiple prizes will be given including an iPad and an iPod touch. The hackathon judges will be Clay Loveless (Co-Founder, Mashery), Danny Boice (Executive Director of New Media / Web Technology at The College Board) with a 3rd judge to be named later.
