LazyTechGuys wrap up live blog coverage of the latest products for the Apple Community just presented at MacWorld.

Silicon Valley, CA (Vocus/PRWEB) February 11, 2011

While the MacWorld 2011 technology conference was in full swing at San Francisco’s Moscone center in late January, a myriad of products caught the eye of the LazyTechGuys, the Silicon Valley tech blog producers, who were covering the event.

Devices such as Smart Tech’s SMART Board for teaching vacuum sealed dry cases for the iPhone, very small portable record players, keyboards for iPads, and hardware and iPad software solutions for musicians. It was enough to have all the techies in attendance drooling.

“Today we’re filming product demonstrations of the new technologies and consumer solutions for the Mac, and iOS devices like the iPod and iPad. I am personally most interested in the home theater media center bundle that Other World Computing is offering this year. It is a complete package with a Mac-mini, a video capture card, large external hard drive and software to allow you to watch your television content wherever and whenever you want,” said Victor Bognot, key contributor to LazyTechGuys.

This consumer home theater media center by Other World Computing, which is featured on LazyTechGuys, is a bundle that includes all of the hardware and software needed to create your own Mac-Mini based media center. Another product of note was ZaGGmate’s portable keyboard for the iPad. It has all the speed and tactile functionality of a keyboard, but does not require any apps and comes out of the box ready to use, it is also a great protective case as a bonus.

“The ZaGGmate is a godsend for people who type a lot on their iPad,” said Radford Castro, another contributor to LTG.

Another large component of the conference was devices for musicians. There were solutions for iPad using musicians like IK Multimedia’s Complete iPad, iRig & Mic Setup for Musicians, successfully turning the iPad or iPod into a full blown music recording device. As music programs on iOS devices become more and more advanced the way of the future companies to create products that interface with them, and many of these products were showcased at MacWorld 2011.
