Multiple Sessions Address Changing Regulations and Best Practices

HiSoftware Inc., a leading provider of Web content and social computing compliance software, has been selected to present two sessions at CSUN 2011: The 26th Annual International Technology & Persons with Disabilities Conference, March 14 ““ 19, 2011 in San Diego, California.
HiSoftware was chosen to present on multiple topics at the conference. The first session, entitled, “Understanding and Planning for the Changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act” will feature HiSoftware’s Director, Accessibility Consulting Practice, Ken Nakata, Esq. This session will provide insight into the direction that the ADA regulations are heading, promising Federal regulation of websites and discuss how organizations can prepare.
The second session, entitled, “Case Study: California State University’s Accessibility Technology Initiative” will be presented by Vice President of Customer Solutions at HiSoftware, Dana Tannatt and Cheryl Pruitt from the Office of the Chancellor, California State University. This session will review CSU’s Accessible Technology Initiative (ATI) that ensures technology resources are accessible to persons with disabilities.
