Evidence Exchange Achieves Relativity Best In Service Status
New York City-Based Technology Service Provider Is Among The First Recipients Of Kcura’s Best In Service Award For Relativity In 2011
New York, NY (PRWEB) April 2, 2011
After a rigorous audit and test process, Evidence Exchange today announced that they have been selected as one of kCura’s first recipients of the Relativity Best in Service award in 2011. The Relativity Best in Service program recognizes those Relativity partners that are providing the best experience and highest levels of service and support to their customers. The Best in Service program establishes criteria for evaluating a partner’s technical capabilities and infrastructure, volume of data and cases under management, and customer survey responses.
Specifically, Relativity Best in Service award recipients must:
- Have completed one year as a Premium Hosting Partner
- Run the most recent major version of Relativity (version 6.2 or above)
- Have at least one Relativity Certified Sales Professional (RCSP) on staff
- Have at least one Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) on staff
- Have maintained a minimum average of 200 named users over the last three months
Moreover, Best in Service partners must have passed an environment evaluation. kCura recognizes that successful delivery of Relativity is contingent on partners having the right hardware and a proficient technical staff to support that hardware, while following best practices for optimizing a Relativity environment. To that end, kCura developed a process to remotely audit the quality of Evidence Exchange’s SAS70 data center environments in Dallas, Texas and Herndon, Virginia.
Finally, Best in Service partners must have passed a customer service audit. kCura administered a survey to Evidence Exchange’s clients that explored their satisfaction levels with Evidence Exchange’s customer service and support. kCura reports that Evidence Exchange’s customer service survey feedback was extremely positive.
“We’re excited to welcome Evidence Exchange to our exceptional group of Best in Service partners,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “Evidence Exchange’s commitments to the software and their clients allow them to provide a quality Relativity experience. We’re happy to acknowledge this through the Best in Service designation.”
“We are delighted to be recognized by kCura as doing an excellent job in delivering the benefits of the Relativity platform to our users. We have made heavy investments in our infrastructure, business processes and people to provide our customers with the best on-line review experience possible. We remain committed to using the best technology available and continue to grow our in-house talent and know-how in the pursuit of outstanding client service and support. For Evidence Exchange, the Best in Service award is an important indicator that we are delivering on our “Discover Peace of Mind” commitment to the marketplace,” said Michael J. Prounis, CEO of Evidence Exchange.
Evidence Exchange adds the Relativity Best in Service award to several system administration certifications (i.e., RCA and RCSP) received for technical excellence. Earlier this year, Evidence Exchange achieved reseller status with kCura, and more recently integrated the Equivio > EmailThreads tool into its standard Relativity offering.
Prounis further notes “We continue to believe that Relativity offers our clients the best review platform available for delivering modern productivity tools and innovative search technologies, as our clients strive for increased productivity in the face of ever-increasing challenges. Given that sentiment, the Best in Service award is particularly gratifying to our organization.”
