New Technology Kills Noise in Electronic Products More Than Previously Possible for Clean, Pure Performance

April 18, 2011

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., April 18, 2011 /PRNewswire/ — Exclusive technology from Bybee Labs, Inc. reduces unwanted power supply noise by up to 45dB or by a factor of nearly 200 times. The new technology is incorporated into Music Rails(TM), miniature modules that benefit almost every electronic application including, but not limited to, preamplifiers, phono amps, CD players, and digital to analog converters (DAC), for a variety of industries.

Made in the U.S., these active, direct current power conditioners are unprecedented in their ability to provide a highly purified source of DC power for electronic components that depend on quiet power supplies. The Music Rail(TM) benefits industries from audio and video to medical and industrial. Music Rails are available in 2 amp and 15 amp versions, both positive and negative.

Technology

According to Bybee Labs engineers, the DC from almost any power supply contains unwanted harmonics which are reduced by the Music Rail, and made fit to be modulated at high resolution by both audio and video signals. Its small size allows equipment to be small and often less expensive because the Music Rail can reduce the capacitor count. The number of Music Rails required usually depends on the number of power supplies in the unit.

Availability

After two years in development, the products were first introduced in Las Vegas in January 2011, and are now sold by authorized manufacturers’ representatives and distributors in the United States and the United Kingdom. A number of equipment manufacturers and modifiers are already including the incomparable noise reduction abilities of the Music Rail in their products and custom modifications.
