Knology, Inc. (Nasdaq: KNOL) announced today that M. Todd Holt, the company's Vice President and Corporate Controller, has been appointed Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Holt will replace Robert K. Mills, who will be leaving Knology to pursue another career opportunity.
Rodger L. Johnson, Knology's President and Chief Executive Officer, stated, "We will miss Rob and the insights he has offered as we have grown our business. He has been a big contributor to our success thus far; however, we fully understand and appreciate his desire to move for family reasons and his interest in becoming involved with a smaller business venture. We wish him the best in his future endeavors.
"We are fortunate that we have a strong financial team within Knology," Johnson continued. "Todd is highly qualified to step immediately into the Chief Financial Officer role. He has been our Corporate Controller since 1998 and has developed significant industry and Knology specific expertise. His experience at Knology will make the transition seamless." Mr. Holt spent his early career at Ernst & Young and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also held financial and accounting management positions in industry prior to joining Knology in 1998.
