No Food on All BA Flights Leaving Heathrow

HUNDREDS of thousands of British Airways passengers were facing chaos today after being told there would be no food served on any flights leaving Heathrow.
Passengers were being advised to "eat before you fly" after the airline's catering firm sacked 500 staff yesterday over an industrial dispute.
There were chaotic scenes at the airport, experiencing its busiest time of the year, as passengers were handed food vouchers so they could eat before they took off.
The dispute looked set to worsen today as a TG union representative prepared to meet senior officials at Heathrow.
