NexJ’s Mobile Health for Chronic Disease Project at the Black Creek
Community Health Centre acknowledged for promoting and advancing public

NexJ won the honor as a result of the Mobile Health for Chronic Disease
Project (MHCDP) at the Black Creek Community Health Centre. The MHCDP features the NexJ Health Coach, a solution that allows
