1. The company (Kuvedina) issued a termination notice issued against Rakesh Pai, who is currently residing in either Overland Park, Kansas or Shoreline, Washington.

2. The court issued the following judgments against Rakesh Pai.

A restraining order has been issued on Nov-24-2010, against Rakesh Pai, ordering him to return any / all proprietary material obtained immediately return any proprietary information, in printed or electronically preserved form, and to also immediately return any equipment received from our company, including but not limited to the laptop computer, and prohibiting Rakesh Pai and any of representations, or in any other capacity, from continuing to use such proprietary information in any way, and from soliciting or continuing to communicate in any way with the client regarding matters related to the contract between the company and its client(s) – directly or indirectly.

A Preliminary and Permanent Injunction has been issued on Dec-16-2010, prohibiting Rakesh Pai, individually, under any other name, or in any other capacity, from disclosing or continuing to use in any way any proprietary information received from the company or one of the company’s clients, and prohibiting from soliciting or continuing to communicate in any way with any of the company’s clients as initially agreed pursuant to the Subcontractor’s Agreement.
