PASS VTO Upgrades Business Management Capabilities: Enhancements to Improve Profitability and Productivity

This component is exclusive to PASS and allows for more informed booking choices. -- Itinerary Names and Back Office Coding: Multiple definitions can be made for a single entry. While the system may register a more specific name for the fee, such as a "ticket fee," the client might see "service charge." This whole feature adds to the flexibility of the VTO and even includes MCO processing. -- Contract Management Interface: VTO can interface with any CMS (Contract Management System) which gives the travel manager the ability to see and work with all relevant private fares from any CMS and GDS. The Productivity Suite The Productivity Suite is comprised of the following components: -- Interface Flexibility: In this feature, the user has the option to flip between a Graphical User Interface (GUI) and the native Green Screen. This capability is available only to PASS customers and it provides the user with the highest level of flexibility. -- Passport Ability: The VTO can easily change reservations where passports are needed for adults but not infants. -- Improved Hotel Booking: VTO has the ability to book multiple people in multiple rooms with different rates all under one booking, such as corporate and government rates. -- Improved Car Workflow: The VTO user can choose to use either car booking codes or GUI check boxes when selecting cars. -- Ability to Emulate Other Offices: This system makes it possible for the user to emulate other offices in order to access information available only to certain offices. -- Customizability: The GUI is ultimately customizable and can therefore look and feel any way that the user wants it to and can work with any other agency systems.
