SER Receives TMC Labs 2005 Innovation Award From INTERNET TELEPHONY(R) Magazine; TSP500 Outbound Dialer Singled Out for Outstanding Innovation

Posted on: Monday, 22 August 2005, 09:00 CDT

SER Solutions, Inc., a provider of innovative software solutions that help contact center operators achieve unprecedented efficiencies, maximize workplace productivity, and enhance customer service, announced today that its next-generation outbound dialer, the TSP500(TM), was selected by Technology Marketing Corporation's TMC Labs division as a 2005 Innovation Award winner from INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.

"We're honored to receive recognition for what our customers believe is the industry's highest performance outbound dialer," said Larry Mark, Chief Technology Officer, SER Solutions, Inc. "The TSP500 provides contact center operators significant cost savings through the ability to consolidate equipment and locations, its integrated VoIP capabilities, and best-in-class, patented dialing algorithm."

The TSP500 is SER's high availability, highly scalable, predictive dialing platform that offers a built in VoIP gateway to connect agents utilizing either the H.323 or SIP protocol. With increased scalability and functionality, the TSP500 supports up to 384 agents and, using SER's patented SmartPace(R) VI dialing algorithm generates more connects compared to other predictive dialers on the market. The TSP500 also delivers enhanced Caller ID functionality allowing contact center operators to transmit both the telephone number and designated name of the caller or client for effective campaign management and compliance with all state and federal regulations.

"SER's TSP500 has clearly demonstrated to the staff of TMC Labs that SER's product is truly innovative in the burgeoning VoIP/IP telephony industry. Never before in this industry has there been a greater need to highlight the most inventive VoIP products and services," said Rich Tehrani, Group Publisher and Editor-in-Chief of INTERNET TELEPHONY.

Tom Keating, CTO and TMC Labs Editorial Director commented, "SER deserves this great honor for creating a ground-breaking VoIP product. I look forward to seeing other innovative solutions from SER as they continue to contribute to the future of the VoIP/IP telephony marketplace."

The TMC Labs 2005 Innovation Award highlights are published in the July and August 2005 issues of INTERNET TELEPHONY magazine.
