Dow Corning Photonics Business Signs Service and Supply Agreement With Innovative Startup in Optical Data Storage Market

MIDLAND, Mich., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dow Corning Corp. today announced they have signed a global supply agreement with Aprilis, Inc. for the production of their proprietary holographic storage material. The Dow Corning Photonics business is a globally integrated supplier of products, technologies and services for the optical data storage market, as well as optical components and optical fiber industries. This agreement allows Aprilis the flexibility required during their preliminary commercialization of their holographic media.
