Dubai International Ports Company Wins Bid to Supply Equipment to South Korean Port

Al-Bayan newspaper reported in early August 2005 on the winning by the Dubai International Ports Company of the tender to supply equipment for the first stage of work to build the cargo terminal for the South Korean Bosan Newport Company in the northern port of Bosan in South Korea
. The paper noted that the Emirates company will carry out operations in cooperation with the Korean Samsung Company, which will include operating eighty-one facilities and equipment systems manufactured in Bosan Company factories. The Bosan Newport Cargo Terminal is scheduled to start operations in January 2006.Source: Info-Prod Research (Middle East)
