MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 1, 2003--Eschelon Telecom, Inc., a provider of voice, data, Internet services and business telephone systems, announced today that it has crossed the 200,000 mark for access lines in service for the month ending November, 2003.
