Eschelon Telecom, Inc. to Provide Network Services to the Better Business Bureau of Utah

SALT LAKE CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 10, 2003--Eschelon Telecom, Inc., a provider of voice, data, Internet services and business telephone systems, announced today that it will provide telecommunications services to the Better Business Bureau of Utah (BBB). The BBB of Utah provides marketplace services to consumers and businesses within the state.
Under the terms of the agreement, Eschelon will provide comprehensive local telephone and long distance service to the BBB of Utah office. Eschelon previously installed an NEC Pro II telephone system for the BBB of Utah in 1996. "We have been very impressed with the service we have received as a customer of Eschelon's Business Telephone Systems (BTS), it only made sense to move our network services to Eschelon as well," stated Jody Young, Director of Operations, BBB of Utah. "We receive over 1,000 consumer and business inquiries each day; therefore, we demand a reliable telecom solution, and responsive customer service-- Eschelon has proven they are able to provide both."
