DPS Telecom and Chronos Technology Join Forces to Market Network Alarm Monitoring Equipment in UK and Europe

FRESNO, Calif., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- DPS Telecom has formed a strategic partnership with British network sync provider Chronos Technology to market and support DPS Telecom network alarm monitoring equipment in the United Kingdom and Europe, DPS and Chronos executives announced today.

The partnership will extend US-based DPS Telecom's market penetration in Europe, enable Chronos to deliver advanced alarm monitoring technology to its clients, and provide European users of DPS equipment with high-quality, face-to-face support and service from a nearby supplier.

Under the partnership Chronos Technology, based in Lydbrook, Gloucestershire, England, will provide European sales, installation, training, service and technical support for DPS Telecom's complete product line of network alarm monitoring, remote telemetry, alarm presentation and protocol mediation equipment.

Chronos will also extend its existing 24/7 Spares Support Plan to cover DPS Telecom monitoring equipment, guaranteeing UK clients with unit repair or replacement within 24 hours and next-day technician-on-site service.

DPS Telecom and Chronos executives described the partnership as a perfect fit of engineering capability and client service.
