Poland: Public Media Conference Starts in Krakow

Krakow, 5 September: A two-day public media conference headlined "Public media - a common good" started in Krakow on Monday [5 September].
Its participants will discuss the future of public media and challenges facing them in the context of upcoming parliamentary elections and political changes in Poland.
Later in the day politicians will hold a round-table meeting to present positions of their parties on mass media.
The conference is attended also by presidents of boards and supervisory boards of the Polish Television and Polish Radio, members of the National Radio and Television Council (KRRiT) and scientists.
