Direct and reseller sales continue to drive growth in domestic and international markets. Stratature anticipates a rapid increase in demand for EDM / MDM software over the next two years, and is preparing for growth with the appointments of Starkey and Rogoff.

Starkey brings over 20 years of proven global experience and success in enterprise software sales, sales management, and marketing. Currently, Starkey serves as Vice President of Sales for WorkForce Software, a Michigan-based software company focused on web-based time and attendance systems for mid-sized and large enterprises. Prior to joining WorkForce, Starkey spent 22 years at Comshare, Inc., an enterprise-wide BPM application provider, where he served as Senior VP of Field Operations. Starkey is a past member of the Board of Directors / Software Division of the Information Technology Association of America (ITAA) and currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Human Asset Technologies, a leading supplier of employee performance management software. Starkey holds a B.A. in English Literature from Wittenberg University.

Prior to his career as a financial officer, he was a manager at Arthur Andersen, serving in both the firm's corporate finance and audit practices. Rogoff is a CPA, having graduated with high distinction from the Michigan Business School. He is on the Board of Directors of the school's Alumni Society of Atlanta, and is a member of the Technology Executives Roundtable, the Atlanta CEO High-Tech Council, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Specializing in high-tech software companies, the Atlanta-based firm will provide audit services and advise on various compliance and statutory matters to support the company's continued growth.
