NEC Solutions America Increases Security Offerings to Safeguard Customers From Malicious Email Attacks

The NEC Express5800/320Lb Fault Tolerant Server Adds Increased Security Capabilities to Maximize Email Server Uptime and Reduce Downtime Costs

NEC Solutions (America), Inc., a premier provider of integrated solutions for the Connected Enterprise in North America, announced today that it has enhanced its security offerings on its NEC Express5800/320Lb Fault Tolerant (FT) server platform through a relationship with Avinti, Inc., a leading provider of email outbreak protection software. Combining Avinti's email security solution with NEC's highly reliable and easy to manage FT server, provides businesses with the ability to stop unknown and rapidly changing email attacks before damage is incurred.

Through this relationship, Avinti's iSolation Server 2.0 software has been certified to work on the NEC Express5800/320Lb FT platform, enabling NEC the ability to deliver another layer of security protection. Additional customer benefits include increased return on security investments through improved email server uptime, enhanced productivity and a reduction in server downtime costs.
