EarthLink Cable Internet Service Receives Top Ranking in PC World's ISP Satisfaction Survey

ATLANTA, Sept. 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- EarthLink , the nation's next generation Internet service provider (ISP), today announced that it received the highest ranking in PC World magazine's ISP Satisfaction Survey. With eighty-one percent of participating EarthLink Cable Internet service subscribers rating their overall satisfaction with the ISP as "extremely satisfied" or "satisfied," EarthLink continues to outpace its competition with its high speed cable offerings.
In addition to taking first place for overall service, EarthLink Cable Internet was number one for spam blocking among cable Internet providers, and e-mail where it shared top ranking with EarthLink DSL, EarthLink Dial Up and Roadrunner. EarthLink Cable Internet also came in among the top three favorites for reliability, anti-virus features, personalization, upload and download speeds.
