FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Back by popular demand for a limited time, American Airlines will offer Lifetime Admirals Club(R) Memberships to customers. For the first time since 1997, Lifetime Admirals Club Memberships, which offer access to any Admirals Club in the world, will be available for purchase Sept. 1 through Dec. 31, 2005. Current Admirals Club members who upgrade to a Lifetime Membership will receive a $200 discount.

Lifetime Admirals Club Membership benefits include: * Access to more than 40 Admirals Club locations worldwide * Business Centers offering individual workstations, data ports, printers, copiers, fax machines, computers and complimentary high speed Internet at most locations * Conference rooms (for a nominal fee, whether traveling or not) * Many locations include a spa-like shower facility, flat-panel televisions with DIRECTV(R) service and a Children's Room * Professional staff to assist with travel or business needs
Lifetime Memberships are open to customers 18 years of age or older. Special pricing is available on Senior Lifetime Memberships for persons 65 years or older. Senior Lifetime applicants must be 65 in 2005 to take advantage of the discounted rate.
