AccessLine Communications, a leading provider of hosted VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, has signed an agreement with ISOMEDIA, Inc., a full-solution provider of DSL, T1 and other Internet-related products and services for businesses, to resell AccessLine's SmartVoice VoIP Service. SmartVoice Service, which will be rebranded by ISOMEDIA, is a turnkey VoIP solution including complete service and feature functionality, billing and customer support. ISOMEDIA will be able to reduce their customers' calling costs without the need for large capital investment to realize the savings, since SmartVoice Service works with current PBX and key system infrastructure.
"Since AccessLine's SmartVoice Service is a hosted and managed service, we do not need to purchase expensive equipment to gain the benefits of VoIP; we simply add this service to our current telecommunications infrastructure and begin offering higher ROI to our customers immediately," said Bruce Straughan, President and CEO for ISOMEDIA. "The AccessLine service allows us to offer a convenient package of unlimited local and inter-office VPN calling, as well as long distance and toll free service."
"ISOMEDIA is an innovator in the data carrier industry," said Doug Johnson, president and CEO of AccessLine Communications. "The company prides itself on delivering to its customers high-performance solutions that enable revenue-generating, business-critical, Internet-based applications. We pride ourselves on much the same thing, delivering a complete VoIP solution that requires minimum customer effort. All installation, management, and support are handled by AccessLine, allowing ISOMEDIA to focus on running its business and building revenue."
AccessLine's SmartVoice Service is available throughout North America via AccessLine's nationwide OnDemand Voice Service(TM) Network. This next generation network includes advanced AccessLine SoftSwitch, AccessLine Application Platform, and AccessLine Gateway Controller technology deployed for national hosted and managed voice service access. SmartVoice Service is a fully rebrandable, turnkey service available to all service providers for rapid entry into the voice marketplace, and to major enterprises for immediate realization of VoIP cost savings without new equipment investment.
