KAON Interactive Launches the KAON Advisor to Boost Product Sales Productivity; Industry's First Interactive 3D Sales Platform

Kaon Interactive Inc., the leader in interactive web-enabled applications to improve marketing and sales effectiveness, today announced the immediate availability of Kaon Advisor(TM). This new software product is the industry's only platform that combines textual content with 3D visualization, animation and interactivity to create dynamic, content-rich and engaging online sales, marketing and training experiences.
Sun Microsystems, Inc. selected the Kaon Advisor as an integral communications tool for its September 12, 2005 launch featuring industry-standard, Sun Fire(TM) X4100 and Sun Fire X4200 servers. The Kaon Advisor platform became the primary tool to communicate key features and educate Sun Microsystems customers, prospects, sales, and service teams about Sun's new line of Sun Fire servers (see http://www.sun.com/nc/05q3/products/x4100.jsp and launch the 3D tool). Product information is input once and is automatically configured to be displayed to the appropriate sales, indirect channel or customer audience in a wide variety of formats and can be translated into any language. For example, the view for a sales representative may have separate sections for an elevator pitch, key features, benefits, pricing and competition, while the customer view may show the key product benefits and features, and where to buy the product. The Kaon Advisor is easy to maintain - when the content is updated, all changes are immediately and automatically propagated to all users.
Both visual and textual materials available within Kaon Advisor can be repurposed into multiple formats including interactive 3D PDFs, interactive 3D PowerPoint presentations, CDs, and movie formats. This gives customers the ability to leverage information more cost-effectively for their marketing and sales activities when compared to more traditional approaches. Kaon Advisor operates on all operating systems including Windows, Mac OS, Unix and Linux; it runs in all web browsers.
