Oracle and Ingram Micro Sign Distribution Agreement Targeted at Small and Midsize Business Sector

ORACLE OPENWORLD, SAN FRANCISCO, Sept. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Oracle and Ingram Micro Inc. today announced a strategic distribution agreement to extend the reach and access to Oracle technology throughout the small to midsize business (SMB) marketplace.

As part of the distribution agreement, Ingram Micro will recruit hundreds of qualified value-added resellers (VARs), expanding the community of net-new solution providers implementing Oracle technology in the SMB market.
Ingram Micro will offer its resellers Oracle's complete line of technology products including the award-winning Oracle Database and Oracle Fusion Middleware, the company's newly branded complete middleware suite. Oracle and Ingram Micro each will deploy a dedicated staff to help ensure support for the new resellers.
